Dada and I had dinner last night at Casa Verde with my very dear friend April and her bestfriend Swit. It was sort of my unofficial treat for her 19th birthday. I'm friends with a 19 year old girl imagine that. She's is so much skinnier now and her best kept secret for losing weight is her course (Chemical Engineering). No thank you I would rather sweat it out in the gym. The last time I’m with April was last year and my bf then wasn't dada. I told her last night, "Isn't it strange how the past few years we only get to be together when I’m introducing a new bf?" We both chuckled at the realization. Well I certainly hope dada is the last bf I’m going to introduce her to.

It was her Birthday on the 21st and I owe her a pair of havaianas hehe she will still be here in Cebu when dada and I get back from vacation. I figured it would be better to let her choose which pair she likes so I’ll tag her along to shop for her flops then. Last night I got her a trendy, not-too-girlie bag instead. Oh shoot, I didn't take a picture of the bag so I can post it here.

Everyone now has their chance to be recognized and lo live the much coveted life of models. Look of the year is looking for young and beautiful faces to become their next top model. All of you movie buffs out there might find this tidbit interesting. An X-Men 4 movie will be released sometime this year if everything goes well with production. Expect to meet more mutant characters this time around along with the old ones of course. In this new installment, Professor X, Jean and Cyclops are all going to be present. Is that really surprising? How many times have a comic book character died only to be resurrected one way or another. X-Men 3 was really great so they better make sure the 4th one can top it.

It’s not purely because I love to rant that’s why I created a blog. For some time now I have been hearing about PayPerPost being the mother of all PPP’s and knowing that I can earn while writing made me want to blog all the more. I have waited three months before submitting my blog because I didn’t want to be rejected. Well would you believe my blog got approved on the very same day I submitted it? I submitted yesterday morning and was approved later in the afternoon. It is great if this is how speedy PPP with their responses.
I’m a novice at this but already I can see and appreciate how Blog advertising paved the way for both advertisers and bloggers to benefit from each other. I’ve wrote some paid articles for friends before but it is just a totally different feeling to do it for yourself. It feels wonderful to actually be part of the PPP community, earn, make friends and learn from fellow bloggers. I get to hone my writing skills and learn about new products and services. This is the best most productive extracurricular activity I have ever had. Finally a way for me to have fun and earn at the same time!

I love it everytime a marvel comicbook superhero comes to life in the big screen. This time it is Iron Man's time to shine. I have only been introduced to his character recently and I can't help but be impressed. With Robert Downy Jr as the man inside the iron suit; I’m sure this is going to be one great movie experience. Of course I will give the movie my final verdict after I’ve watched it. I hope it's not going to be a disappointment. Several movies have really good marketing campaigns but in the end fell short in delivering a big-bang impact. Two examples are Cat Woman and Jumper. Oh well I think Iron Man will be shown the next picture in Ayala and dada and I can't wait!

Since my blog is already 3 months old, I tried my luck with Smorty yesterday and what do you know, I got an approval letter when I open my outlook today. Can't wait to get started really.

Call me KJ but i'm not looking forward to the account team building on saturday, not even one bit. I know of a million things I would rather be doing on that day like pack up for my long overdue vacation or do some last minute laundry. I don't know if i've informed you guys but we are actually moving to the room on the 3rd floor so dada and I are planning to get most if not all of our stuff moved before next week. That way when we get back from our week long getaway there wouldn't be chores waiting for us. There is so much more important stuff that needs to be done (sigh) as in oh so much. Demanding 100% attendance for the team building is outrageously unfair especially for those who already have other plans. It's bad enough that I have a flex schedule which means that it changes every week so I can't really make long term arrangements ggrrrr! Another thing I don't like is the fact that nothing will happen in El Salvador that will help me become better at what I do, it will just be a bunch of people playing, eating, faking smiles and a whole lot of cheap talk.

When there are no calls and there is just nothing else to do at work, what do we do? Well I personally love to sleep in my station but nope that's not what I meant. Of course I do what every decent agent does, I access non-work related sites. Too bad the IT guys just can't cut us some slack (sigh) so we're always on the prowl for the latest proxy sites to let us do what we need to do online (like writing this post for example). Well I have been using bypasszone but when my collegues from work started using it as well, the IT guys just blocked it. Then there is cw90 which works well I guess but not too well for me (sigh). So anyway, this is my latest proxy hihi (iwastemytime) and so far it's been great. Pictures load just fine and see I can even post an article here. Proxy sites are heaven sent!

My mom's hair is really long as well as my sis and that's how my dad wants it. He says that's how every girl should look like. I beg to differ; I think short hair is sexy and powerful. As a matter of fact I think any haircut and length will look good on anyone with a naturally beautiful face. Hair length matters little to me, if a person has a lovely feminine face it will always show even if she shaves her head. Think of Demi Moore or Natalie Portman. I like the bald look, if only I have the perfectly chiseled face or the cheekbones to compliment it (sigh). That doesn’t mean I don't want to grow my hair really long, Lord knows I tried. It just always gets to a point when I can’t stand it anymore. I mean it gets into my food, gets into my face and it just manages to get caught into everything (sigh) so I always end up in a salon somewhere. Hmmm..did I write about how sleepy I was last Tuesday that I fell asleep while on a call hahaha (sshhh!) doesn't happen everyday but it still happens. I can't even keep track of how many times I went to get some coffee refill but all that ever did was increase the frequency of my bathroom break. Funny thing was that I wasn't the only one feeling sleepy. My friend Mica was so sleepy that when the customer asked her something she said, "Ok, go to your brother's house and have him cook breakfast." nyahaha

It's a Monday and it's raining so hard here. Normally I would like to just curl up in bed coz a rainy Monday always gets me lazy. Today however, I'm sipping a warm cup of coffee and I can't wait to go to work! In case you all are wondering why, let me explain. You see a month ago I purchased 2 transparent umbrellas, a white and a pink one. These umbrellas are so cute but I have never had the opportunity to use them. They are no good against the sun coz the heat just goes through the material. See my dilemma now? I have been waiting for it to rain so I can flaunt my cute umbrellas haha ^_^

I fell asleep while on a call hihihi it's the work out aftermath kicking in while I was still at work. As I type, my body is just aching like crazy and I can barely move a muscle. They say it's just normal during the first few days of going to the gym. Yes that's right, finally after having planned it for so long dada and I are now officially enrolled at Metrosports! Weehhh!
I love the feeling of sweat dripping down my skin. I can actually visualize the fats melting hahaha (hmm as if) but I read somewhere that visualizing really helps in goal setting. So if I am going to get back to my old 113lbs body then I better start seeing myself conquering the weight battle. I AM A WINNER!!!

Inside the taxi on our way home from Biopath, I was just so tired I had to lie down and rest my head on Dada’s lap. While the taxi was moving I could see how the clear the sky is. I think I’ve never seen the sky so blue and the clouds are amazingly fluffy and white. I was instantly transported into a make believe world where people wear pastel colored dresses and they ride in pastel colored flying unicorns. I know what you’re thinking, “that is so Barbie” and I’m too old for Barbie hihihi ok so enough of that. It’s just difficult to imagine that under the same beautiful sky, people are in so much pain, people are killing each other, crimes are happening and poverty creeps inside every home. What I find wonderful and what I thank God for, could be the reason why others curse their very existence. Oh well let me share with you a panorama of what I saw.

So there, I don’t know if you guys understand any of that in face value coz I sure didn’t. It easily made sense when the kindly doc explained it to me though. Some of the tubes in my right kidney are mildly swollen it’s more likely coz of number 1. infection. She gave me a prescription and the discomfort should go away in a week. I could post the ultrasound images but, but they’re very uninteresting so I’d rather not.

I was really hoping they would find something. I know I should be happy I’m healthier than most people. But sometimes I just want to be sick, want people to fuzz over me, want to stay in a hospital for a week or so. Does that make me crazy?

For the past 4 days now, I have been plagued with this annoying pain in the lower right part of my tummy. At first I thought I was just constipated so I bought Dulcolax and washed the 4 tablets off in one setting. That eased out my bowel but the pain didn't go away, it was just there silent and hidden but I feel it. If I make sudden movements, take a deep breath, laugh or do anything that would make the muscles of my abdomen constrict, the pain pierces me as if to remind me that it is omnipresent. We went to Biopath to have this checked and the kind doc can't give me any prescriptions until further testing is done. I'm scheduled to have an ultrasound later at 07:30.
I can't say I’m scared, I’m more of excited really. There is this crazy part of me that wishes they find something. Oh well, till them I’m just a slave to this pain with no name.

I really missed my friend Wena, she's been on vacation for 2 weeks and i'm glad shes back. It just wasn't the same opening the locker we both share and not find her bag. I love sharing a locker with her even if it means that it's amazingly cluttered with both ours stuff; I wouldn't want it any other way. She knows how gaga I am over poncho these days so she got me one when she was in Baguio (don't I look like a jungle princess or what lolz). Yeah I keep ranting about how things between us are just very different compared to when we were both single and I keep telling her that i'm always here, that nothing much changed really. (sigh) Who am I kidding? Everything has changed.
Back then, the moment we decide on going to a destination, we go right away without much planning hehe we just go armed with cash and our mischievous buns. Now there is just this complicated process of telling dada where I want to go and then checking if it'll fit both our schedules (bummer). Don't get me wrong, i'm not complaining that I have dada. I mean i'm glad I have him. Most girls live their lives hoping to find some guy as amazing as him only to end up with sadist pigs. I love dada, I do. He disses his friends just so he can always be with me eventhough I tell him it's ok to spend some time with them. Does that mean I have to do that to my friends too?
(sigh)...
