I seem to have nothing else to do these days but check ebay and multiply for Kimono and Kaftan dresses. Dada always asks, “Don’t you have enough kimono dresses already?” Well yes until I see another one that I just must have ^_^

I like the fact that I can never go wrong with this type of cut. Just imagine sporting a baby bump in a cool kimono or kaftan instead of the typical maternity dress. Another great idea would be to go party wearing a kimono or kaftan inspired gown grrrr!! I like pairing mine with gladiator sandals, so fab!

I’m even thinking of learning how to sew because this type of dress can be expensive and I always buy mine online. I could save so much if I just buy a nice cloth and “CREATE”. Plus I can customize the colors, the cut and just experiment. Maybe I could even start my own line of kimonos and kaftans. Well just another item to add in my growing to-do list haha

Ok I better hit the shower now and prepare for work. It’s still at 10pm but I have not decided what to wear yet haha I’ll see you again soon people!

Tagging Bena, Michy, Wena and Mier!

A pair of gorgeous eyes is a true asset. I can not help but stare at people with beautiful eyes, thick and long lashes that could cast dramatic shadows. My lashes are fairly long but not that thick. I have heard of the eyelash extension service at salons where they attach individual strands to your lash to add length and volume. Depends on where you have it done and how it’s done, the price may vary. So far, I know of 2 salons here in Cebu that provides this service; Maanyag and Hortaleza Salon. I so want to try it but Dada does not approve of the idea. He usually is my biggest supporter but not on this one.

Eyelash extensions are truly way better than curling your lash and putting on that pesky mascara. This is hot in Hollywood but we don’t have to pay as much here.

So I got myself a new pair of shoes and a matching bag to match. They’re just the cutest and loveliest shoes that my peepers have ever seen. Yellow has been my favorite color for the longest time and these shoes are so totally Sex and the City.

This is my last shift taking calls because next week I will start my In-Team Training. It’s a Saturday so as expected, call volume is low. Moments like these make me want to browse ebay and so I did. My eyes almost fell out of their sockets when I saw these adorable shoes! I wish there’s a purple or pink pair but there is isn’t. At least the seller has it in the basic colors black, white and grey (if you consider grey basic). Grrr! I must convince dada that these shoes are part of my necessities especially when I start with my own class. Every trainer must have fab shoes!

I told dada I’ll keep my online shopping in check these days so I no longer bid for anything in ebay without consulting him first. He knows I only bid for clothes anyway and he loves my choices so he lets me bid almost all the time. I got one kimono dress that arrived yesterday plus 2 kimono tops that arrived this morning. Yes I’m still not over the kimono loco and I’m still infected with the kimono bug. In total, I only have 6 kimono dresses and 3 kimono tops. I can’t wait to add some more!

If there is anything else I love besides clothes and shoes, it would be make up and to be more specific it would be lipstick. Why if I have a fancy dresser I would line each of them like soldiers in the battlefield. So after Dada and I had dinner at KFC Ayala, I shooed him right away because he still has work and because I wanted to be alone so I could take my time choosing a lipstick without the pressure of him around glancing at his watch. Oh it’s my day off btw in case you all are wondering hihi

I was in lipstick heaven while I tried every shade. Deep down I wanted to buy all of it but I settled for a Loreal Glam Shine Lipstick in Golden Strawberry shade at Php 695, ouch! How did these tiny tubes get so expensive? Well I bought it anyway and I’m positive it is the most expensive one I have in my platoon. So I guess that makes this lipstick the general then, right?

No need for too much talk guys, just want to give you a snippet of Wena in the ensemble I chose for her. I have a penchant for purple these days so I just needed to throw in some purple in the dress hehe I wanted to do a retro pin-up for her hair but she has a whacky, rebellious bunch I had to come up with something that only takes 10 minutes because she’s already late haha thank God for bobbie pins. Would you believe it's the first time she ever had her eyebrows shaped? Oh I love the big bracelet it is so glam. She looked awkward walking in those shoes hehe she's not used to wearing high heels but it's all good.

Despite the bad weather, Wena and I were still able to shop from head-to-toe for the perfect dress, shoes, and accessories she’ll wear to the wedding she’s attending this Sunday. We were at SM the whole afternoon, oblivious to what’s happening outside. I did hear that Cebu was at signal number something and it was Bagyong Frank. I’m not sure if I heard right though, I mean I refuse to listen, watch and read the news because I find the content to frustrating for my comfort sometimes.

Back to the more carefree stuff, Dada had to come along and since he can never understand girls and shopping haha he had the goofy and perplexed expression as we raid every shop. With how we sprinted all over SM, I would say shopping is a good cardio workout. I think we have pretty much covered a respectable distance altogether before going for the dress at July. Wena couldn’t really decide so I made the decision for her; a turquoise ensemble with a dash of purple accent, really lovely! I will also do her make up on Sunday and I can’t wait to get my hands on her eyebrows. I have been itching to shape it since we first met! I wonder how she will look with make up and everything nice on? ^_^

Last night I wore a red polka dot blouse and white skirt at work. It was one of those really eye-catching red shades that Jen commented I was exuding happiness hhmmm I guess so. I mean I was nodding, smiling and greeting people, "Hey happy New Year" those who figured the joke out laughed with and those who didn't, well they had the dumb questioning look in their faces hihi

Dots have been associated with money and New Year. Supposedly, people wear polka dot patterns to bring money in for the next year. I'm not superstitious though so I don't really know if this ever worked for anyone. I do however, do my share of jumping around when the clock strikes 12 hihi they say doing so makes a person taller nyahaha and I said I'm not superstitious ^_^

I had a funny time at the office when I showed up wearing the exact same blouse as my friend MJ. It was a stripped brown and beige blouse. The only difference was the stripe direction. My stripes were slanted for the reason that I made one sleeve dangle off my left shoulder and hers were horizontal. People were like, "are you girls gonna dance together?"

Some girls would have freaked out but I just found the incident hilarious. Reminds me of a time when my friends and I would purposely buy identical clothes and wear’em together. I remember doing that stunt with Leah, Jackie and Wena. We would shop together and choose same items in different colors to make the contrast.

The site director announced that June is dress down month. If all my old clothes still fit fine, I would have celebrated like the rest of the people. I see two solutions to my problem. I lose weight and get my old body back or buy a new set of wardrobe. Hmmm let me think…ok I’m done thinking. I will go to Ayala tomorrow!

Playing Dress Up

I'm not much into games, let alone those online games that everyone seems to be addicted to. Just yesterday however, I realized there is one online game that I love though and I can just do it the whole day. My guy thinks it’s a lame girlie game because his idea of games is those with tanks and bombs and guns. Well anyway I’m talking about the "Dress Up" game. I just find it so cute and so relaxing, it really works great as a stress buster for me after a long frustrating call. I also call it the happy game because it leaves me with a warm happy feeling after I finished dressing up the character. Dressing up includes the clothes, make up, accessories and I can even choose the skin color hehe I know this game must have existed for awhile but I just recently found out about it. So you’ll have to excuse me^_^

I was just online one day checking new sites and editing some photos when I happened upon a site called BestOnlineCoupons.com; they have some unbelievable number of coupons for several thousand online stores that made my head spin. Now I love shopping and I think I’m not alone on this one. I think a girl can never have too many shoes, bags, clothes and jewelry. My boyfriend and I love to travel and I saw some amazing coupons that we can both use so we can save and have room for other stuff like finally getting me a new computer. I saw an amazing price slash coupon for the Apple Store in there as well and I have always wanted a MacBook. Isn’t it great how tiny a coupon is and how huge the cash you can save with it? I'm not a fan of the 80's fashion, so I was disgusted when I started seeing people wear leggings underneath bubble tops or whatever. Then the unthinkable happened, I bought my own 2 pairs! I now officially own a hot pink opaque leggings and a black one. I wore the black one to work yesterday, can you believe that?

Weeehhhh! I just got one of the three itmes I purchased online hehehe and it even came with a phone charm freebie (so cute) I can't wait to try the Kimono on and post pictures but for the moment I will let you see the dress anyway. I love the deep cut of both the front and back side, so sexy I swear. Cheers! ^_^

I just won my first ever ebay.ph bid last Sunday. It's a pre-loved pink poncho. I met up with the seller last Sunday and I was very pleased with her and the item. These days I find myself attracted to Kimono dresses, wraps and ponchos. I love the cut, it compliments every girl's figure and makes me feel very feminine. The 2nd item I won at ebay.ph is this lovely black Kimono dress and it's not pre-owned^_^
